My goal is to provide every client with a calm, professional, and respectful experience. These policies protect both your time and mine, and ensure that each appointment can run smoothly.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time to settle in, complete any necessary paperwork, and discuss any updates or new concerns. When you arrive, please wait in your car and text me — I will let you know when it’s time to come in.
Late arrivals will not extend past the scheduled time and the full service fee will still apply.
To help your treatment be as effective as possible, please:
Arrive with a clean face (no makeup)
Confirm your appointment ahead of time
Understand that service duration may vary based on selected add-ons or treatment needs

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Any changes made within 48 hours are considered a late cancellation and will incur a 50% fee of the total appointment cost.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a late cancellation, and the 50% fee will apply.
If you do not show up for your appointment and do not contact me prior, you will be charged 50% of the total service cost or required to pay that amount before booking a future appointment.

For the health and safety of all clients, please reschedule if you are feeling unwell or have been recently ill.
Clients who arrive showing visible symptoms of illness may be asked to reschedule and will be subject to the late cancellation fee.

To maintain a safe and serene environment, please do not bring children or guests to your appointment unless discussed and approved ahead of time.

Payment is due at the time of service. Cash, cards, and digital payment options are accepted. Receipts are available upon request.

If you’re unsure what to schedule, please book a Custom Facial or a New Client Consultation — those are the best starting points for most new clients and give us space to plan together.

For appointment questions, changes, or arrival texts, please contact me by text only. This helps me stay organized and present with each client in the treatment room.

Booking an appointment means you agree to all studio policies, including the 48-hour cancellation window and the 50% fee for late cancellations or no-shows.
