NAKED SKIN POLICY

ARRIVAL

  • To ensure a smooth experience, please arrive 15 minutes early. This allows time for you to fill out any necessary paperwork and discuss any new concerns. Upon entrance, please wash or sanitize your hands.

    • If you arrive late, you will not receive a time extension and will be responsible for the full-service fee.

    • If you arrive late, you must wait in your vehicle and text me to notify me of your arrival. I will contact you when I am ready for you.

 

PREPARATION

  • PREPARATION FOR YOUR SERVICE

    To get the most out of your treatment:

    • Please arrive with a clean face (no makeup).

    • Confirm your appointment beforehand.

    • The duration of your service may vary depending on the type and any add-ons selected.

    • Deposits are required if an appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours. A new deposit will be needed to reschedule.

    • For higher-priced services, a 50% deposit is required at booking and will be applied to your total service cost.

 

LATE CANCELING AND RESCHEDULING

  • Your appointment time is very important to us. You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance by messaging me privately.

    • If you arrive 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you will not be able to be seen and will need to reschedule for a different day. This will be considered a late cancellation, and you will be charged 50% of the total appointment cost.

 

NO CALL, NO SHOW POLICY

  • If you do not show up for your appointment and have not contacted me beforehand, 50% of the total appointment costwill be charged to the credit card on file or will be required before rebooking future appointments. Your time is respected, and I ask for the same consideration in return.

 

CHILDREN AND GUESTS

  • To maintain a serene environment and ensure safety, please refrain from bringing children or additional guests to your appointment unless previously arranged. Thank you for your understanding!

 

ILLNESS

  • Your health and safety are my priority.

    • Clients must self-screen for signs and symptoms of COVID-19, flu, and other illnesses before arriving.

    • If you have been around anyone with COVID-19, flu, or other contagious illnesses with symptoms, or if you have traveled outside the country in the past 14 days, please reschedule your appointment for a later date.

    • Any client showing symptoms of illness will be denied service and sent home; this will be considered a late cancellation.

    • If you begin to feel sick in any way, please cancel or reschedule your appointment as soon as possible. Waiting until the morning of your appointment restricts me from filling that time slot with another client. Please value my time as I value yours.

 

PAYMENT

  • Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit, and digital payment options. A receipt will be provided upon request.
